We are looking for trustees to help us develop the new charity.  If you are interested in getting involved, please ask for more information.  We are particularly looking for people with the following skills:

·      Finance    –    Human Resources    –    Marketing    –    Social Media and websites

Music for Youth

Well done to all our young performers who took part in this year’s Music for Youth regional day held here at the Platform.  We are now in discussions with MFY to see if the Jazz Orchestra can to attend the National Finals Festival to be held at Birmingham Symphony Hall in July.  Once we know, we will let you know.

Look it Up!

Parent Mail To view more follow the link: https://www.parentmail.co.uk/login/

Some of you have signed up to Parent Mail already.  Parent Mail will allow us to work like a school in that you will be able to book activities, purchase and communicate with us.  Additionally, you can start paying on-line through this system.  Parent Mail will allow us to accept credit/debit card payments over the phone from you.

We intend to offer you, as a supplement to our current paying methods, a system whereby we will upload your next term’s membership subscriptions in advance and you can start to pay this off in instalments gradually, just like you would for a school trip etc.   For more information, please ask at the desk or catch up with Lynn when she is around.  We will be producing a separate leaflet outlining the benefits to you and us when using this system.
